A group of parliamentarians submitted legislation “On the PMR Fund for Capital Investments” to the Supreme Council for consideration. The deputies plan to prescribe the rules for the functioning of the Capital Investment Fund, sources for its replenishment and implementation mechanisms, the rights and obligations of state customers of the objects of the Capital Investment Fund.
