The Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance reviewed the draft budget law for 2024 in preparation for adoption in the first reading.

Parliamentarians considered law-in-draft on amendments and additions to the Labor Code at a meeting of the Committee on Social Policy, Healthcare, Labor, Family and Childhood Issues. The authors of the law-in-draft are deputies Alexander Korshunov and Sergei Cheban.

Deputies of the Committee on Social Policy and Healthcare discussed a Government law-in-draft aimed at increasing funding for the state program to provide housing for orphans in 2024.

Deputies of the Committee on Legislation, Protection of the Rights and Freedoms of Citizens prepared amendments and additions to the Code of Administrative Offenses in order to clarify the norms of administrative legislation, eliminate legal gaps, and harmonize them with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The Committee on Legislation considered the draft of the new state program “Improvement and preservation of burial places of Heroes of the Soviet Union, full holders of the Order of Glory and Memorials of Military Glory of the Great Patriotic War” for 2024-2025”.

The Committee on Regional Policy, Housing and Communal Services continues to gradually improve the legislation of Pridnestrovie in the field of disposal of mismanaged non-residential buildings (premises), the so-called abandoned buildings.

The Committee on Regional Policy and Housing and Communal Services is actively working to find legislative solutions to reduce the debt of citizens and enterprises to pay for utility services this year.

The Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex, Industry, Transport, Construction and Natural Resources considered in the course of regular meeting a number of legislations aimed at changing legislation in the field of ecology and land use.

The Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance considered a number of changes to Pridnestrovian legislation, which relate to the protection of consumer rights and rules of trade through the global network, as well as measures to support sanatorium and resort institutions of the republic.
