Deputies at a meeting of the Committee on Regional Policy, Local Self-Government and Housing and Public Utilities considered amendments to the law “On the Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare of the Population”. The law-in-draft concerns the placement of a shelter for keeping stray animals.

The PMR Supreme Council plans to consider the report of the PMR Government at the plenary session on June 21. This decision was made today by the Parliamentary Commission on Mandates, Regulations and Parliamentary Ethics.

The Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance began work on government initiatives that provide for amendments to the laws "On Customs Tariff", "On Excise Duties" and the Customs Code.

A Unified Register of the Population, which will simplify the provision of public services by state authorities and local governments, will be created in Pridnestrovie. The Committee on Legislation, Protection of the Rights and Freedoms of Citizens prepared the legislations of the President for the second reading.

The deputies of the Committee discussed in the course of the meeting a number of legislative initiatives that will be considered by the deputy corps at the next plenary meetings.
