The Parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance continues to work on the country's main financial document. Deputies will consider the draft budget law for 2024 in the third final reading at the plenary meeting, which is scheduled for December 20.

Meeting of the Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex, Industry, Transport, Construction and Natural Resources was held. Several issues were included to the agenda. It is planned to submit some of them for consideration by the plenary meeting on December 20.

The parliament is preparing law-in-draft on the republican budget 2024 for consideration in the second reading. The relevant Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance considered today the amendments received. The text part of the document is traditionally corrected for the second reading.

Deputies of the Committee discussed amendments and additions to the law “On Cinematography” and to the PMR Code of Administrative Offenses in the second reading. Law-in-draft aimed at improving the provision of public services has been prepared for the second reading.

Deputies of the Committee on Social Policy, Healthcare, Labor, Family and Childhood Issues considered in the course of the meeting several legislations that will be included in the agenda of the next plenary meetings.

The Government proposed to make amendments to the law “On folk arts and crafts”. The law-in-draft was connsidered by deputies of the Committee on Education, Science and Culture.

The Education Committee considered legislations that are designed to resolve issues related to the payment of bonuses for the qualification category to the head of a preschool education organization. The legislations amend the legislation regarding the payment of bonuses to teaching staff.

Some non-profit organizations offer an exemption from electronic reporting. This was discussed at a meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance.

The draft state target program for the development of the drinking water supply system in villages and settlements of the PMR for 2024-2028 was considered by deputies of the Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex, Transport, Construction and Natural Resources.

Deputies of the Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex, Transport, Construction and Natural Resources considered legislations concerning a simplified procedure for accepting ownerless hydraulic structures, in particular dams, into state ownership.
