Measures to deal with persistent offenders on the roads were developed by the Committee on Legislation Deputies. The law-in-draft is an alternative to penalty points, which were previously proposed to be introduced in the republic following the example of other states.

The PMR Supreme Council plans to consider the report of the PMR Government at the plenary session on June 21. This decision was made today by the Parliamentary Commission on Mandates, Regulations and Parliamentary Ethics.

The Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance began work on government initiatives that provide for amendments to the laws "On Customs Tariff", "On Excise Duties" and the Customs Code.

The deputies of the Committee on Social Policy and Health discussed in the first reading the government initiative to introduce amendments and additions to the Law of the PMR “On protecting the health of citizens from the effects of second hand tobacco smoke, the effects of tobacco consumption and other nicotine-containing mixtures without tobacco”.

A Unified Register of the Population, which will simplify the provision of public services by state authorities and local governments, will be created in Pridnestrovie. The Committee on Legislation, Protection of the Rights and Freedoms of Citizens prepared the legislations of the President for the second reading.
