Deputies of the Supreme Council supported in the first reading the legislations concerning the increase of benefits for orphans from January 1, 2026.

The Supreme Council deputies adopted legislations stimulating organizations and individual entrepreneurs to hire physically challenged people of groups I and II in the first reading.

The Supreme Council approved at the 3rd emergency meeting the decree of the PMR President on extending the state of emergency in the economy until March 10 inclusive.

The Code of Administrative Offenses has introduced a separate fine for driving an electric scooter and other personal mobility devices while intoxicated. The law-in-draft was adopted in the second final reading.

The Supreme Council adopted amendments to the Criminal Code concerning the differentiation of criminal liability for involving a minor in committing a crime in the second final reading.
