The report on the implementation of the state program "Oncology: improving cancer care for the population of the PMR for 2021-2025" for 2022 was heard by the deputies of the Committee on Social Policy and Healthcare.

The PMR Minister of Healthcare Kristina Albul presented to the deputies of the relevant parliamentary Committee a report on the implementation of the state target program "Tuberculosis Prevention for 2021-2025" for the past year.

Deputies of the Parliamentary Committee on Social Policy and Healthcare discussed the report on "Prevention of HIV / AIDS infection and sexually transmitted infections in the PMR for 2020-2024" state target program implementation in 2022.

The "Prevention of viral hepatitis B and C in the PMR for 2021-2024" state target program implementation was discussed by deputies. The report on the work of the state program last year was presented by the PMR Health Minister Kristina Albul.

The working group that will participate in the preparation of the draft of the new PMR Code of Criminal Procedure has been established under the Supreme Council. A similar code of Russia and those norms that are already in force in the Pridnestrovian criminal procedure legislation are taken as a basis.

A number of legislations are prepared by deputies of the Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance for consideration at the plenary session in the second reading. It is planned that the parliamentarians will make a final decision on two legislations in the next few weeks: amendments and additions to the law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", as well as to the state target program "Support and Development of Entrepreneurship in the PMR".

The Equal Opportunities State Program was launched in March 2019 and was calculated until 2022. A lot of work during this time has been done to improve the quality of life of people with disabilities and other people with limited mobility.

The deputies of the Committee on Legislation, Protection of the Rights and Freedoms of Citizens considered the law-in-draft of the PMR Prosecutor, which corrects the norms of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The Committee on Legislation considered a package of legislations that are designed to regulate issues related to the formation, activities and competences of the judiciary bodies.
