The Committee on Social Policy, Health Care, Labor, Family and Childhood Issues prepared for the second reading a package of legislations on amending the PMR Law “On Labor Protection and Safety” and on introducing amendments and additions to the PMR Labor Code.
The draft law on amendments and additions to the law “On the fundamentals of citizens' health protecting” submitted to Parliament by the PMR Government, has been prepared for the second reading.
The Accounts Chamber is supposed be authorized to draw up administrative protocols for obstructing inspections. The law-in-draft was developed by a group of deputies of the Committee on Legislation, Protection of Rights and Freedoms of Citizens.
Deputies discussed additions to the PMR Law “On Education” in the course of the meeting of the Committee on Education, Public Associations and Media. It is proposed to establish restrictions at the legislative level on requests for various documentation from teaching staff.
Amendments and additions to the law “On Education”, which are designed to increase the status of the teaching profession and improve the conditions of training and education in terms of ensuring discipline in educational organizations, were developed by deputies of the relevant parliamentary Committee.
Deputies of the Committee on Regional Policy, Local Self-Government and Housing and Communal Services reviewed the government law-in-draft adjusting the norms of the PMR Civil Code.
A package of legislative initiatives of the Government concerning amendments to the laws “On Share Fee” and “On Payment for Land” was considered discussed in the course of the meeting of the Committee on Agricultural and Industrial Complex Issues.
The Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance continues its work. Parliamentarians together with government representatives in the course of the meeting discussed some legislative initiatives that relate to amendments to some laws today.
The PMR law-in-draft “On introducing amendments to the Law of the PMR “On some additional state measures aimed at minimizing the negative impact of external economic factors” was considered at a meeting of the Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex, Industry, Transport, Construction and Natural Resources.
Deputies in the course of the meeting of the Committee on Legislation supported the Government law-in-draft aimed at protecting personal data.
