Social Policy and Healthcare Legislative Initiatives

Deputies considered legislations developed by the Government at the next meeting of the Committee on Social Policy and Healthcare. Legislative initiatives are proposed to be introduced into the PMR Law “On Labor Protection and Safety” and into the Labor Code of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. Draft laws sent to parliament by the executive branch will be included in the agenda of the plenary session, which will be held next week.

Law-in-draft on amending the state program aimed at providing housing for orphans and children without parental care has been prepared for adoption in the second final reading. 15 million rubles will be allocated from the republican budget to implement these goals next year instead of 6 million planned in the state program.

The changes provided for in the draft republican budget for 2024 are proposed to be made to the program passport. The parliamentary corps will consider the draft law in its final reading next week.
