News of the Committees

Meeting of the Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance was held. The deputies together with those invited considered a number of legislations that will be submitted to the next plenary sessions.

Deputies of the Parliamentary Commission on Foreign Policy and International Relations discussed the resolution of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly. The PMR Foreign Minister Vitaly Ignatiev, took part in the discussion.

The Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex and Transport held a meeting online today. Committee deputies considered and discussed several packages of draft laws that amend legislation in the field of agriculture and transport.

Deputies of the Parliamentary Committee on Education, Public Associations and the Media considered the “Development of the State Educational Institution “Pridnestrovian State University named after Taras Shevchenko” for 2025-2029” state target program.

The government presented for consideration by the PMR Supreme Council deputies the Forecast of socio-economic development of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic for 2025. The document was reviewed in the first reading by the relevant parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance at its meeting online.

Parliamentarians Galina Antyufeeva and Oleg Petrik proposed a legislative initiative that would allow young teachers employed in educational organizations without specialized education to receive a tax deduction, provided that this tax deduction was not previously provided. This initiative was considered at the meeting by the Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance.

Deputies of the Committee on Legislation, Protection of Rights and Freedoms of Citizens have prepared a number of legislations for consideration in final reading.

The Committee on Social Policy and Healthcare Deputies considered a Government law-in-draft designed to encourage citizens to adopt orphans and children without parental care. The legislative initiative was prepared as part of events dedicated to the Year of Family and Family Values.

Deputies of the Committee on Social Policy supported in the first reading the additions to the law “On State Support for Large Families”, which were prepared by deputies of the Committee on Legislation, Protection of Rights and Freedoms of Citizens Galina Antyufeyeva, Gregory Dyachenko and Oleg Petrik.

Deputies of the Committee on Social Policy proposed to clarify the procedure for establishing the fact of termination of labor relations in court in the PMR Civil Procedure Code and in the PMR Labor Code.
