News of the Supreme Council

The Supreme Council considered the law-in-draft with amendments and additions to the law "On the procedure for submitting financial, tax and statistical reports in electronic form through telecommunication channels". The initiator of the amendments to the law was the Government.

The Supreme Council adopted amendments to the PMR Customs Code in two readings.

The Supreme Council deputies adopted the amendments to the law "On donation" in the second reading. Now Pridnestrovians who have been awarded the "Honorary Donor" badge will receive an annual cash payment.

The deputy corps adopted the state program for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases for 2022–2026 in the second final reading.

The PMR Supreme Council deputies held an information hour with the leadership of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economic Development today. The topic of the conversation was the implementation of the Voter Orders Fund.

The Supreme Council deputies approved in the course of the plenary session the candidacy of Anatoly Guretsky for the position of the PMR Prosecutor.

Resident students who study at the expense of public funds will have to conclude an agreement obliging them to work in their profession for up to 3 years in government organizations. The deputies adopted the corresponding amendments to the law "On Education" in the first reading.

The PMR Supreme Council approved Vladislav Tidva as the Chairman of the PRB at a plenary meeting in the online format today. The PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky sent the proposal to the Parliament on the appointment of his candidacy for this post.

If a driver is brought to administrative responsibility for consumption of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances without a doctor's prescription, then in addition to the main fine, an additional punishment will be applied to him – withdrawal of a driver's license for a certain period. The amendments, initiated by the PMR President were adopted by the Supreme Council in two readings at once at a plenary-online meeting.

Plenary session was held in the Supreme Council, which was fully devoted to the consideration of the law-in-draft "On the republican budget for 2022" today.
