I congratulate you on the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic on behalf of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic!

The Constitutional Court today is an important element of a modern democratic society, a guarantor of the stability of the political system. Its activities are aimed at protecting the constitutional order of the republic, ensuring the unity of state power.

In a relatively short period of its existence, the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic proved its social significance, repeatedly acting as an arbiter between citizens and authorities, established itself as an independent institution of state power, its decisions became an important part of the legal system of the republic.

The high professionalism of the judges of the Constitutional Court, adherence to principles and independence in considering cases contribute to the establishment of the rule of law, strengthening the rule of law, protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens and educating them in respect for the main law of the state – the Constitution.

I am confident that the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic will continue to contribute to strengthening the rule of law, ensuring the impeccability of decisions made.
