The second international scientific conference from the cycle "War and Peace on the Dniester" was held at the Pridnestrovian State University. It was dedicated on the eve of June 19 to the 30th anniversary of the Bendery tragedy. Deputy of the Supreme Council for the Bendery constituency No.4 Anton Onufrienko took part in the conference.

Meeting of the PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky with the leaders of public organizations and associations of defenders of Pridnestrovie was held in the House of Official Receptions on the eve of the 30th anniversary of the Bendery tragedy. The PMR Supreme Council Chairman Alexander Korshunov took part in the conversation on topical issues.

Graduation season has begun in Pridnestrovian schools. Schoolchildren from Bendery were among the first to receive certificates and medals. Deputies of the Supreme Council also congratulate school graduates of their districts.

The ceremony of honoring the medalists of graduates of the capital's schools, lyceums and gymnasiums took place near the fountain complex in the center of Tiraspol. Deputy Chairman of the PMR Supreme Council Galina Antyufeeva took part in the solemn event.

The PMR Ministry of Education presented a report on the implementation of the state target program "Textbook" for 5 years to the deputies of the Supreme Council.

The parliamentarians supported the amendments designed to eliminate inconsistencies in the current legislation and guarantee the right to undergo final certification in accredited educational institutions at the plenary session in the second final reading.

Cultural heritage sites and their preservation were discussed today at the plenary session of the Supreme Council. The parliamentarians approved the report on the implementation of the "Preservation of Immovable Cultural Heritage Sites of the PMR Requiring Urgent Repair" state target program for 2021, voted for the inclusion of a number of cultural and historical heritage sites in the Unified State Register.

The PMR Supreme Council adopted amendments to the law on personal income tax in the final reading at the plenary session today.

The amendments that toughen punishment for deliberately false reports of a terrorist attack, incitement and implementation of extremist actions and incitement of ethnic hatred proposed by the PMR President were supported in the first reading by deputies.
