Decisions of the Parliamentary Presidium

Working meeting of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic took place on Tuesday by tradition. The members of the Presidium considered the main and additional agendas.

The Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance has prepared for discussion at the plenary session the legislations that introduce changes to tax laws, the law on the republican budget, and on local governments. The Committee on Legislation, Protection of the Rights and Freedoms of Citizens recommends that the Supreme Council consider legislative initiatives to amend the Civil Code, the law on state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in the course of the plenary session. Changes to the law on the Armed Forces and a number of legislative acts were initiated by the President and provide for the creation of a military inspectorate in Pridnestrovie. The Presidium put these legislations on the agenda of the plenary session scheduled for June 22.

Several legislations, including changes to the 2022 budget and changes in the deadlines for granting a property deduction when purchasing a first home, will be considered by the deputies at a plenary session on June 15.
