Business plan of municipal unitary enterprises

The City Council of People's Deputies in Bendery has put forward a legislative initiative, which proposes to oblige municipal unitary enterprises to develop a business plan for the next year and submit it to the state administration and the district city council. The law-in-draft is aimed at strengthening control over the activities of municipal unitary enterprises by local authorities.

It is proposed to make the corresponding amendments to the law "On state and municipal unitary enterprises".

According to the author of the law-in-draft, the introduction of an additional norm will allow municipal unitary enterprises to carry out their activities in a more open and planned manner, and local authorities, receiving additional information, will be guided by it when making management decisions.

The Committee deputies decided to recommend that the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic adopt this law-in-draft in the first reading and continue working on it taking into account the comments and suggestions made.
