News of the Committees

The Committee on Legislation, Protection of the Rights and Freedoms of Citizens supported the law-in-draft of the PMR President on amendments and additions to the Code of Administrative Violations. The adjustment is necessary for the unhindered access of people with special needs to infrastructure facilities.

Deputies of the Parliamentary Committee on Social Policy and Healthcare discussed amendments and additions to the Law of the PMR "On State Support for Young Families in Acquisition of Housing".

The Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance held a regular meeting. The agenda included changes to the republican budget, as well as other legislations aimed at supporting citizens and economic entities.

Deputies of the Committee on Education, Public Associations and the Mass Media supported the law-in-draft that improves the norms for the final assessment of students with intellectual disabilities.

Deputies of the Committee on Regional Policy considered issues related to the activities of deputies of local Councils to consider proposals, applications and complaints of citizens.

The Committee on Social Policy and Health held its first meeting today after the parliamentary recess. There were over 30 items on the agenda.

The first meeting of the Committee on Regional Policy, Local Self-Government and Housing and Public Utilities took place in the autumn session. The agenda includes amendments and additions to the Housing Code.

Meeting of the Committee on Legislation, Law Enforcement, Protection of the Rights and Freedoms of Citizens was held. The deputies discussed the relevant legislations received from the subjects of the right of legislative initiative.

The Committee on Economic Policy considered about 20 legislations on taxation of individual entrepreneurs, individuals and legal entities, submitted by the Government that are aimed at improving tax legislation.

The Committee on Education, Public Associations and Mass Media prepared law-in-draft on introducing amendment to the law “On freedom of conscience and on religious associations” for consideration at the plenary session.
