Deputies of the Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex, Industry and Natural Resources reviewed the report of the Ministry of Agriculture on the implementation of the state program for the restoration and development of the reclamation complex in 2023.
The report on the implementation of the “Development of the agro-industrial complex of the PMR for 2019–2026” state program for 2023 was considered at a meeting of the relevant parliamentary committee.
The meeting of the Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex, Industry, Transport, Construction and Natural Resources was held online. Parliamentarians during the meeting together with those invited heard reports on the implementation of relevant government programs based on the results of last year.
The Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex, Transport, Construction and Natural Resources prepared a draft state program to replace street lamps with mercury-containing lamps with LED ones for consideration in the second reading.

The PMR law-in-draft “On introducing amendments to the Law of the PMR “On some additional state measures aimed at minimizing the negative impact of external economic factors” was considered at a meeting of the Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex, Industry, Transport, Construction and Natural Resources.

The draft state target program for the development of the drinking water supply system in villages and settlements of the PMR for 2024-2028 was considered by deputies of the Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex, Transport, Construction and Natural Resources.
Deputies of the Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex, Transport, Construction and Natural Resources considered legislations concerning a simplified procedure for accepting ownerless hydraulic structures, in particular dams, into state ownership.
The law-in-draft, which involves introducing amendments and additions to the law “On Corporate Income Tax,” was considered by the Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex, Industry, Transport, Construction and Natural Resources.
