Deputies of the Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex, Transport, Construction and Natural Resources considered legislations concerning a simplified procedure for accepting ownerless hydraulic structures, in particular dams, into state ownership.

The law-in-draft, which involves introducing amendments and additions to the law “On Corporate Income Tax,” was considered by the Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex, Industry, Transport, Construction and Natural Resources.

A number of legislations for consideration and adoption in the first reading were considered at a meeting of the Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex, Industry, Transport, Construction and Natural Resources. Parliamentarians together with those invited discussed the changes and additions that deputies of the relevant Committee propose to make to the Land Code today.

Deputies discussed legislations relating to the geological study of subsoil and clarification of standards regarding agricultural services at a meeting of the relevant Committee.

More people will be able to take advantage of the construction amnesty. The Committee on Agroindustrial Complex will recommend at a plenary meeting to adopt the corresponding Government law-in-draft in two readings.

A package of government initiatives to amend the PMR Land and Civil Codes as well as the PMR Law "On Mortgage in the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic" was discussed by deputies.
