The Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex, Industry, Housing and Utilities, Transport, Construction and Natural Resources considered amendments to the Land Code.

The Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex and Industry continues to work on the law-in-draft “On land reclamation in the PMR”.

Deputies of the Committee on agro-industrial complex discussed amendments to the law-in-draft "On land reclamation in the PMR", which were submitted to the second reading.

It is proposed to expand the list of citizens who are entitled to free privatization of housing. The Agro-Industrial Complex Committee in the second reading considered the law-in-draft with amendments and additions to the law “On privatization of the state (municipal) housing stock”.

The Agro-Industrial Complex Committee prepared and considered law-in-draft “On land reclamation in the PMR” in the first reading.

The Agro-Industrial Complex Committee considered amendments to the law “On the PMR road fund”, which were proposed by the deputy Victor Guzun.

Participants in hostilities to protect the PMR will have the right to privatize housing, which is rented under a commercial lease agreement, as well as to improve their living conditions. This initiative was put forward by the Parliamentary Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex.

The Supreme Council is considering the State program for geological exploration, protection of mineral resources and reproduction of the mineral resource base.

The City Council of Bendery proposed at the legislative level to expand the list of activities for which funds from territorial environmental funds can be directed.
