Honoring the medalists of Tiraspol

The ceremony of honoring the medalists of graduates of the capital's schools, lyceums and gymnasiums took place near the fountain complex in the center of Tiraspol. Medals to the best graduates of Tiraspol were presented by the President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Vadim Krasnoselsky with his wife Svetlana, Vice Speaker of the Parliament Galina Antyufeeva, Head of the State Administration of the capital Oleg Dovgopol, Head of the Tiraspol City Council Vadim Doni, Minister of Education Svetlana Ivanishina.

112 graduates became medalists in Tiraspol: 86 graduated from school with gold medals, 26 people received silver medals.

The President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Vadim Krasnoselsky thanked the teachers and parents of the graduates, noting their contribution to the formation of the personality, upbringing and education of the child. He expressed parting words to the medalists.

School education this year was completed in total by 661 students from 14 Tiraspol schools, one gymnasium and three lyceums of the Pridnestrovian capital.
