The PMR Supreme Council Deputies adopted law-in-draft that will give citizens the right to choose when paying for utility service in the first readings in the first reading: pay current payments or contribute money to debts, and collect debts first of all from the population by utility companies at the legal level. Deputies of the Committee on Regional Policy and Housing and Communal Services propose to make amendments to the Civil Code of Pridnestrovie.

The meeting of the Presidium took place in the PMR Supreme Council. The heads of parliamentary committees outlined legislations that will additionally be introduced at tomorrow's plenary session.

International Day of the Blind is celebrated on the 13th of November. The events dedicated to this date were held on the initiative of Deputy of the Supreme Council of the PMR Ilona Tyuryaeva at constituency No. 28 “Central”. They ended with a festive concert, which took place today at the Rassvet production facility.

The Parliament Speaker Alexander Korshunov took part in a video conference of the PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky and the public and administrative authorities.

The Department for Information and Interaction with Media of the PMR Supreme Council announced the start of accepting applications for accreditation of journalists and media workers to cover the work of the Supreme Council in 2024. Applications for accreditation can be submitted until December 13 of the current year.

Almost 2.5 thousand hybrid poplar seedlings were planted by parliamentarians together with members of the Government during the republican cleanup day. The trees were planted in the floodplain of the Dniester. Speaker of Parliament Alexander Korshunov and Deputies Sergei Cheban and Vladimir Pelin took part in the volunteer Saturday work.

Chairman of the Youth Parliament under the PMR Supreme Council Roman Efodiev took part in the opening ceremony of the annual Decade of Youth and Students.

The Parliament Speaker Alexander Korshunov thanked the veterans of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for their work during the formation of the Pridnestrovian militia and employees for performing the complex function of ensuring public safety and law and order in the republic.

The Supreme Council Chairman Alexander Korshunov took part in the ceremonial event dedicated to Militia Day. The distinguished employees were presented state awards by the Speaker, the President and the Government Chairman.
