The life path and exploits of the legendary countryman were discussed at a round table organized by the Renewal party as part of the My Great Countrymen project. The PMR Supreme Council Deputies took part in the event.
The PMR Supreme Council adopted in the first reading amendments to the law “On the Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare of the Population”, which will specify at what distance dog shelters should be located from residential buildings.
The initiative of the Speaker of the Parliament Alexander Korshunov to amend the PMR Criminal Procedure Code was considered by deputies. The proposed law-in-draft is aimed at simplifying the procedure for pronouncing sentences in criminal cases.
The Supreme Council considered at the plenary session and adopted in two readings at once the legislative initiatives of the President, which provide for amendments to the law on the republican budget for 2023.
The Supreme Council deputies considered and adopted at once in two readings additions to the law "On tax on income of organizations". The law-in-draft was developed with the aim of creating favorable tax conditions for the development of industrial production in the republic.
The Supreme Council adopted the President's law-in-draft on increasing the fine for not wearing a seat belt in the second final reading. The majority of votes supported the amount of the fine – 3 minimum wages.
Parliamentarians voted in two readings for the initiative of the Government, which is proposed not to tax the income of organizations providing services in the domestic tourism market of Pridnestrovie, to exclude the payments received by tourists, cashback, from the taxation of income and unified social taxes and the mandatory insurance premium.
The PMR Supreme Council Deputies adopted in the second final reading the amendments to the PMR Law "On Higher and Postgraduate Professional Education", as well as to the PMR Labor Code.
The Supreme Council deputies supported the amendments and additions to the PMR Law “On protecting the health of citizens from the effects of environmental tobacco, the consequences of the consumption of tobacco and other nicotine-containing mixtures without tobacco content” in the first reading.
The Supreme Council adopted a package of legislations concerning the creation of a single population register in Pridnestrovie in the second final reading.
