Parliament voted to amend the law “Special tax regime – simplified taxation system”. The new edition will come into force on January 1, 2024.

Deputies of the Supreme Council adopted in the final reading the government changes to the law on personal income tax, but with adjustments in the second reading.

Parliamentarians considered changes to the PMR Law “On additional guarantees for the social protection of orphans and children left without parental care” in two readings at once.

Parliamentarians adopted amendments the law “On some additional government measures aimed at minimizing the negative impact of external economic factors” regarding the expansion of the construction amnesty in two readings amendments.

The PMR Supreme Council deputies discussed at the plenary meeting the legislative initiative of the Government that involves the revision of non-working holidays.

The leadership and deputies of the PMR Supreme Council paid last respects to one of the founders of the republic, deputy of the PMR Provisional Supreme Council, deputy of the I and II convocations of the PMR Supreme Council Viktor Mikhailovich Arestov.

Amendments to the PMR Housing Code, according to which the fee for elevator maintenance from an apartment in which no one is registered will be charged as from one registered in this apartment, were adopted in the final reading.

Parliamentarians supported in two readings at once the initiative of their colleagues, which will make it possible to provide disabled women of group III with breast prostheses and bras for their attachment at the expense of budgetary funds. Such a measure of state support was previously applied only to women with disabilities of groups I and II.

The deputy corps unanimously adopted the draft resolution “On the appointment of a judge of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic”.
