Chairman of the PMR Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov spoke about the tasks and plans that the deputies of the PMR Supreme Council will work on in the spring session.

A number of peasant (farm) enterprises have been transferred to the status of legal entities under the new taxation rules since January 1. At the same time, the benefits that they used will remain for the remaining period of their validity.

The Supreme Council unanimously supported in two readings the legislations of the PMR President on increasing pensions and child benefits from February 1.

Rational and efficient spending of budget money. The PMR President’s law-in-draft on amendments to the republican budget for 2023 establishing a unified procedure for the execution of contracts during construction or overhaul at the expense of budgets of various levels was supported today immediately in two readings by the Supreme Council.

The PMR Housing Code amendments were supported by a majority of deputy votes in the first reading. The initiative of the Government proposes to temporarily provide orphans with a place in a hostel if it is not possible to promptly provide them with their own housing.

The Supreme Council spring session was opened with an emergency meeting, at which the deputies approved the presidential decree on the extension of the economy state of emergency. It has been extended until March 1, 2023.

Traditional public hearings on the consideration of the draft budget of Slobodzeya and Slobodzeya district for 2023 were held online on January 17.

The Parliament leadership and the PMR Supreme Council Presidium members heard the Message of the PMR President, in which tasks for 2023 and the PMR Supreme Council were set today.

The PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky announced the tasks for 2023 for state authorities and administration, including the PMR Supreme Council today. The message of the President consisted of several blocks.
