The Supreme Council of the PMR adopted law-in-draft on amendments and additions to the law on the republican budget for 2023 in the first reading today. The Government proposed to increase the expenses of the Road Fund and the Capital Investment Fund.

The Supreme Council considered the law-in-draft of the President on increasing the fine for unfastened seat belt. The law-in-draft was supported by the majority of votes in the first reading. The profile committee will discuss by the second reading the amount of the fine so that it is not as strict as the President suggested.

The deputies of the Supreme Council supported in the first reading the amendments and additions to the Code of Administrative Offenses of the PMR, aimed at establishing proper regulation of the procedure for bringing to responsibility for environmental pollution.
