Dear residents of Rybnitsa!

Please receive congratulations on City Day from me personally and on behalf of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.

This is a truly kind and warm holiday, warmed by smiles and love, bringing together everyone who cares endlessly about their native land.

395 years have passed since one of the most beautiful cities of Pridnestrovie was founded on the banks of the Dniester. Many bright pages are written in its chronicle. It remains modern and beautiful despite its advanced age.

The northern capital of Pridnestrovie was built and became a major industrial, educational and cultural center thanks to many generations of Rybnitsa residents.

Rybnitsa confidently looks to the future – its architectural appearance is being updated, new houses are being built, schools and kindergartens are being renovated, courtyards and squares are being landscaped, medical institutions are being reconstructed, and industry is being modernized today. There is the merit of each work collective, a piece of love and care of each of its residents in this confident movement forward.

I am sure that Rybnitsa will continue to be a thriving and cozy home that gives peace, joy and children's laughter.

I sincerely wish prosperity to the city, and to all its residents – optimism, good health, good spirits!
