Deputies considered the draft resolution of the PMR Supreme Council "On approval of the model regulations of local Councils of People's Deputies of the cities of Tiraspol, Bendery and districts of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic" in the course of the meeting of the Committee on Regional Policy, Local Government and Housing and Public Utilities in the first reading. Its authors were deputies of the Committee Ruslan Gareev and Boris German.

A road traffic accident with minor damage can be processed in a simplified manner – without traffic militia calling. The Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex and Industry considered the law-in-draft initiated by deputies Viktor Guzun and Vadim Kravchuk in the second reading and prepared it for adoption at a plenary session.

Deputies of the Committee on Social Policy and Healthcare supported legislations that clarify the provisions of the law "On Employment of the Population" and the law concerning the workload of teachers and managers of educational organizations of all types and kinds. A package of legislations on the payment of maternity and childhood benefits has been prepared for the second reading.

Deputies Igor Buga, Andrei Safonov and Pavel Shinkaryuk proposed expanding the provisions of the laws "On the Protection of Children from Information Harmful to Their Health and Development" and "On Librarianship". The innovations if adopted at the plenary session will affect movie theaters and libraries.

Educational organizations of all levels are going to receive the right to independently develop and approve educational programs. Certification and accreditation will be combined into one procedure. The corresponding package of legislations was initiated by deputies of the Committee on Education, Public Associations and Mass Media Igor Buga, Andrei Safonov and Pavel Shinkaryuk.

The relevant Committee of the PMR Supreme Council prepared a package of legislations for the second reading that will enshrine the Cash-in and Cash-out systems in the legislature of Pridnestrovie.

Deputies of the Supreme Council developed legislations against demonstrating intentional crimes on the Internet. The initiatives were supported for adoption in the first reading at an online meeting of the Committee on Legislation, Protection of Rights and Freedoms of Citizens.

The Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance reviewed in the first reading the law-in-draft "On Amending the Law of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic "On Electric Power Industry". The Supreme Council deputies Viktor Guzun, Andrei Mezhinsky, Vadim Levitsky and Vadim Kravchuk were its authors.

Budget graduates who have received higher medical education are required to work for 3 to 5 years upon completion of their studies, according to the current legislation. Deputies Galina Antyufeeva and Oleg Petrik proposed reducing this period to 3 years.
