Deputies propose to lower the age of administrative liability for a number of offenses from 16 to 14 years. The law-in-draft is based on an initiative that took second place in the #ВПраве competition, organized by the Civil Initiative public movement with the support of the Supreme Council and the Human Rights Center of the Union of Russian Communities of Pridnestrovie.

The Government in the course of the meeting of the Committee on Social Policy and Healthcare presented to the deputies drafts of two state programs in the field of healthcare.

The deputies of the Committee on Social Policy and Healthcare heard a report on the implementation in 2024 of the state target program "Provision of residential premises (apartments) or residential buildings for orphans, children left without parental care, persons from among orphans and children left without parental care, for the period 2018-2027".

Reports on the implementation of state programs will be included in the agenda of one of the next plenary sessions for approval by the deputy corps.

Deputies discussed the results of the implementation of six state target programs last year in the course of the meeting of the Committee on Social Policy and Healthcare.

The Committee on Education, Public Associations and Mass Media reviewed reports on the implementation of three state target programs in the field of culture and education. They will be presented to the deputy corps at a meeting of the PMR Supreme Council in the near future.

Deputies of the Committee on Legislation, Protection of Rights and Freedoms of Citizens considered the PMR President's law-in-draft on tightening administrative liability for the use of mobile communications while driving.

The Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance considered law-in-draft "On Amending the Law of the PMR "On Electric Power Industry" at a meeting, which is prepared for adoption in the second reading. The authors of the legislative initiative were the Supreme Council deputies Viktor Guzun, Andrei Mezhinsky, Vadim Levitsky and Vadim Kravchuk.

Deputies heard reports on the implementation of state target programs in the field of tourism and entrepreneurship in 2024 at a meeting of the Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance. They were presented by Deputy Minister of Economic Development Natalia Sitkina.
