The relevant Committee of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic prepared a package of legislations for the second reading that will enshrine the Cash-in and Cash-out systems in the legal field of Pridnestrovie. The new rules will make financial services more accessible, including in rural areas, they will allow payment card holders to withdraw cash from their accounts (Cash-out service) and replenish their bank cards (accounts) using a bank card (Cash-in service) at the cash desk of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs engaged in retail trade. Changes to the current laws were initiated by deputy Yuri Kucherenko. The author of the legislations notes that Cash-in and Cash-out are convenient not only for the population. Legal entities or individual entrepreneurs will be able to optimize their costs. We are talking about cash collection in particular. These operations will not fall under the category of taxable ones, as for taxation.
