News of the Committees

Deputies discussed a number of legislations at the next meeting of the Education Committee. Unified state exam once again became the main topic.

Parliamentary committees continued to work on amendments to the law-in-draft on the State Final Certification of students and an introductory campaign in schools.

In the Plenary Hall, The regular meeting of the Committee on Education, Science and Culture, which addressed issues related to higher education for orphans, laws on immovable objects of cultural heritage, protection of competition and natural monopolies and a number of other projects.

The Committee on Education, Science and Culture will recommend at the session to exclude the building of Medical Faculty of PSU from the state register of monuments of national and local significance.

Committee on Education continued its discussion the cancellation of the Unique State Examination as the only form of the DPA and considered the initiative of the preservation of the archaeological heritage of the republic.

This and other issues were discussed by members of the Committee of the Supreme Council for Education, Science and Culture.

The Education Committee will recommend to colleagues deputies to adopt the law-in-draft "On the perpetuation of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945".

Deputies of the Committee on Education, Science and Culture considered amendments to the law "On education of persons with disabilities (special education)".
