A number of legislations have been considered in the course of the meeting of the Committee on Education, Science and Culture. Profiled question concerned amendments to the law "On Employment". Used terminology in the regulations of the law, according to the author of the legislative initiative of deputies of the Supreme Council Vladimir Bodnar, should be uniformly applied in relation to the rules governing the legal environment of social guarantees employment to graduates of vocational education, as well as the responsibilities of employers to ensure employment of graduates. Deputy proposes to bring this terminology in accordance with the law "On education" and "On Higher and Postgraduate Professional Education". The document was prepared for consideration in the second reading mode. The amendments clarify the nature approved by the members of the relevant committee.
Another law-in-draft concerning changes of legislation in the sphere of education in connection with the transition of vocational education in the new state standards. Deputies of the Committee supported innovation, the document will be recommended to be adopted in the first reading in plenary.
The lion's share of issues on the agenda of the meeting of the Committee on Education, Science and Culture dealt with the legislations under the jurisdiction of other committees. Deputies in the regime of legislative necessity submitted a law-in-draft "On introduction of the Tax Code of the PMR" to the President. The document implies the transition to the classical system of taxation. According to the head of the committee, Vladimir Bodnar, many countries are working in this sphere by the classical formula, in particular the Russian Federation. The Deputy said that the improvement of Pridnestrovian legislation in most cases focuses on the actions of the Russian law.
The parliamentarians will also recommend the adoption of a number of legislations submitted by fellow deputies in the first reading. Among them – there is amendments to the laws "On the Judicial System", developed by a group of deputies, "On the individual entrepreneur's patent," proposed by Victor Guzun, "On Excise Tax" submitted by Alexander Korshunov.
