The AIC Committee continues its work

The Government prepared a number of amendments to the Civil and Land Codes. Work on this law-in-draft has been going on for a long time in the Supreme Council, Chairman of the relevant Committee Oleg Leontyev noted. The document plans to optimize the legal mechanisms that determine the procedure for the forced termination of rights to land due to their non-use for their intended purpose and to correct the procedure for the alienation of an object of construction in progress located on a land plot, the right to which has been terminated. Some additions to the law, which the Committee proposes to make, in particular, stipulate a list of circumstances when a land plot could not be used for its intended purpose. We are talking about natural disasters and natural disasters. The deputies of the Committee voted for the amendments today. The deputies will make the final decision on the law-in-draft in the course of one of the next plenary sessions.

Work on introducing amendments and additions to the state program for the development of the agro-industrial complex of Pridnestrovie for 2019-2026 continues in the Committee. It is planned to correct some of its aspects related to indicators of forecasts of farm animals and livestock products, as well as sources of funding.

Thus, in order to support agricultural producers who are engaged in dairy farming, it is envisaged to reimburse part of the costs of acquiring breeding heifers of dairy cattle. It is planned to pay subsidies for the purchase on the domestic market of pedigree dairy cattle up to four years old.

It is planned that subsidies will be allocated from the Agricultural Support Fund.

The AIC Committee plans to submit this law-in-draft for adoption by parliamentarians at the next plenary session.

The Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex, Industry, Transport, Construction and Natural Resources began work on introducing amendments and additions to the law "On Highways" today. The document was presented by the Government of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. It is proposed to supplement the law with clauses that define what a highway, protective road structures, and artificial road structures, as its representative noted in the course of the meeting of the Committee. The Government plans to define such concepts as "protective zone of a highway", "artificial separator", "roadside lawn" and to clearly define the width of the buffer zone of the highway, because this is not indicated in the current legislation.
