The simultaneous withdrawal of the armed formations of Moldova and Pridnestrovie from the line of confrontation, which put an end to the bloodshed on the Dniester, was completed on August 1, 1992. Mourning events in memory of the fallen defenders of Pridnestrovie were held in all cities and districts of the republic. The PMR Supreme Council Deputies took part in them in their constituencies.

Discussion of the possibility of creating a single youth movement, which can include numerous public organizations, has begun in Pridnestrovie.
