The Supreme Council Chairman Alexander Korshunov congratulated the prosecutor's office and justice employees of Pridnestrovie on their professional holiday.

School ceremonial assemblies dedicated to the beginning of the new school year were held on September 3 in all towns and districts of Pridnestrovie, in schools in all districts of the PMR Supreme Council deputies. The first bell rang for almost 4 thousand first-graders. There are about 44 thousand students in total in the new academic year 2024-2025, according to the PMR Ministry of Education.

The third building was opened on September 3 after major repairs at PSU. Admissions offices, an archeology museum, laboratories, classrooms and a gym. This is the first major reconstruction in the history of the building since it was commissioned in the early 1960s. The opening was attended by PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky, the PMR Supreme Council Chairman Alexander Korshunov, Vice Speaker Galina Antyufeyeva and the PMR Government Chairman Alexander Rosenberg.

All educational institutions of the republic held ceremonial assemblies dedicated to the beginning of the new academic year on September 3. The PMR Supreme Council Deputy Chairperson, Deputy for constituency No. 25 "Zapadny" Galina Antyufeyeva came to visit the children for the ceremonial assembly.

Laying flowers in memory of the defenders of the PMR, presentation of state awards, exhibitions of works by Pridnestrovian craftsmen – the events dedicated to the day of the formation of Pridnestrovie are taking place in all cities. Deputies of the Supreme Council take part in them.

Dedicated to the Republic Day the festive events program traditionally began at the Memorial of Military Glory, where the republic's leadership laid flowers at the Eternal Flame, graves and slabs with the names of the defenders of Pridnestrovie.

The decision to establish the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Soviet Socialist Republic was made on September 2, 1990, at the II Extraordinary Congress of Deputies of All Levels. The PMR Supreme Council Deputies congratulated Pridnestrovians on the main state holiday today, on the day of the 34th anniversary of the PMR formation.
