The fallen and deceased defenders of Pridnestrovie were remembered in Bendery at the Memorial of Memory and Sorrow. Hundreds of people attended the rally. Many of them lost their dear and beloved people in the war.
The chairman of the Union of Defenders of Pridnestrovie in Bendery Anatoly Bulda was 33 in 1992. He defended the city. He admits that it was scary both to fight and to lose close comrades. He says that war is a phenomenon alien to a normal person.
The rally ended with the laying of fresh flowers at the Memorial of Memory and Sorrow.
Mourning events in memory of the fallen and deceased defenders of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic were held in Dubossary. Deputy of the Supreme Council of the PMR Boris German took part in it.
Dubossary residents with portraits of the fallen defenders took part in the "Immortal Regiment" mass event. The column proceeded through the city center to the Memorial of Military Glory, where the names of all 156 fallen defenders were read out. Then a Lithia was held for the slain. The undeclared war in the summer of 1992 took the lives of 31 residents of Rybnitsa. Their memory was honored at the city Memorial. Deputy of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Vadim Kravchuk took part in the mourning events. He defended Pridnestrovie from Moldovan nationalists with weapons in his hands in the early 90s.
Flowers were laid in Grigoriopol today. A solemn requiem meeting was held there in memory of those who 32 years ago defended the right of the young republic to live in peace at the cost of their lives.
12 natives of Grigoriopol district died in the military events of 1992, and they were remembered by name today: Sergei Ursu, Pavel Gashok, Yuri Kuku-Afanasyev, Sergei Roman, Dmitry Apostolov, Alexander Rozmeritsa, Valery Kosachenko, Yuri Kozonak, Alexander Arbolishvili, Andrei Stoev, Vyacheslav Boychenko, Alexander Nirsha.

They honored the memory of the chairman of the Slobodzeya district executive committee and the district Council of People's Deputies Nikolay Ostapenko, the head of the district headquarters of the People's Militia Alexander Gusar, who were brutally killed by Moldovan nationalists from the "Bujor" group.

The fallen and deceased defenders of Pridnestrovie and civilians who died during the armed aggression of the Republic of Moldova against Pridnestrovie were remembered at the memorial complex at the city cemetery in Kamenka. Five natives of Kamenka district died in the military actions of 1992: Vasily Ostrovar, Dorel Paireli, Igor Bairenko, Petr Baranov, Vladimir Shcherbaty. The participants of the rally honored the memory of all the victims with a minute of silence. Live flowers were laid at the memorial complex and at the graves of Vasily Ostrovari, Dorel Paireli and Igor Bairenko that day.
