News of the Supreme Council

Regular issue of "The Councils of the People" parliamentary newspaper with the main events of July was published.

Annual mini-football tournament was held on July 20 in the Gorky Park of the city of Bendery among teams of football veterans, dedicated to the memory of the famous defender of the Moldova Championship and the third player in the number of matches in the national division – Sergei Ivanovich Kuznetsov. The tournament (for the third year in a row) was organized by the PMR Supreme Council Deputy Sergey Pisarenko, representing constituency No. 5 “Central” in Bendery.

Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov congratulated the employees of “The Pridnestrovie” republican newspaper on the 30th anniversary of the publication.

The combined women's team of the PMR Supreme Council and the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "KommunalDorServis" of Bendery took part in the regatta on dragon class boats in Rybnitsa, dedicated to Metallurgist Day.

The ceremonial meeting took place on the eve of Metallurgist Day in Rybnitsa, in the assembly hall of the Moldavian Metallurgical Plant. The best representatives of the profession were awarded state awards and certificates. The workers of the metallurgical industry were congratulated by the PMR Supreme Council Deputy Chairman Galina Antyufeeva and deputies from the Rybnitsa districts.

The Supreme Council is going into parliamentary vacation – the most important decisions of the 7th session of the 7th convocation. Why are the services of Pridnestrovian land-surveyors so expensive? A large-scale reconstruction of a local landmark, the park named after Dmitry Rodin, was carried out over several years in the village of Chobruchi, Slobodzeya district. The renovated park literally breathed new life into the local House of Culture. The material of the parliamentary press service is about how the Capital Investment Fund and the Fund for the Execution of Voters' Orders changed the cultural life of the village.

The PMR Supreme Council held the 20th plenary meeting and closed the VII session of the VII convocation on July 17. Almost 200 laws have been adopted in their final reading, including measures to support the population and business entities over the past 6 months.

An information hour on the issue of the high cost of geodetic work for the population was held in the Supreme Council. Representatives of relevant ministries and departments as well as heads of enterprises carrying out geodetic activities in the republic answered the questions of the deputies.
