The program of voters' orders: assistance to schools in the constituency No.16

Secondary School No.11 and the Theoretical Lyceum Complex in Rybnitsa have been receiving support for several years under the program of voters' orders. The schools are located in the electoral district No. 16  "Michurinsky" of the Supreme Council Deputy Yakov Halak. The program of orders is calculated and formed by the Deputy for several years in advance in order to gradually solve the most important problems and improve the conditions in educational institutions.

Secondary School Number 11 is located on Vershigory Street. Deputy Yakov Halak has been supporting the school for many years. The school received new equipment in 2023: an acoustic system, televisions, laptops, a digital camera and office equipment. These acquisitions allow teachers to introduce digital technologies into the teaching process, and schoolchildren to study according to modern standards.

The computer room was updated. Outdated computers were replaced with modern ones, and a high-quality digital camera was purchased for the school website.

Significant attention was paid to infrastructure in addition to modern technology. The school yard was paved with paving slabs, the lighting was updated in all classrooms and corridors, and the roof was replaced on one of the buildings, the school was included in the Capital Investment Fund program and in 2023, thanks to the efforts of the deputy.

Significant changes have taken place in the Rybnitsa Theoretical Lyceum Complex over the past two years. Laptops, computers, projectors and printers were purchased for the lyceum using funds from the Voter Instruction Fund of the deputy for the Number16 constituency Yakov Galak. Lessons have become interactive, and teachers can use modern methods thanks to this.

The lyceum was one of the first in the city to introduce a video surveillance system in the corridors and on the territory of the educational institution to improve security. This is also the deputy's help. In addition, outdoor exercise machines appeared at the school stadium, which are now available not only to students, but also to residents of neighboring houses, which contributes to an active lifestyle of the population of the Number 16 district. Work on improving the school infrastructure in the Number 16 "Michurinsky" district in Rybnitsa continues. All changes are aimed at creating comfortable conditions for the education and development of children, as well as strengthening the interaction between the deputy and educational institutions.
