Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Alexander Korshunov held a citizen's reception today. A resident of the city of Bendery Svetlana Morozova approached the head of the legislature with a request to help solve problems related to the registration of residential premises, houses and land plots.
The resident of Bendery said that she lives in a one-story apartment building that was removed from the balance sheet of the housing office. Residents sent their representative to the speaker of the parliament for advice on how to return the house and apartments to their legal status. Alexander Korshunov advised registering a homeowners' association, choosing a chairman and then resolving all housing and legal issues in accordance with housing legislation.
The resident of Bendery raised issues related to the construction sector in the private sector and the privatization of rooms in dormitories. The Chairman of the Supreme Council instructed the advisers to look into the legal aspects of the problems raised. These issues will remain under the control of the speaker until they are resolved.
