The Supreme Council adopted legislations establishing a deadline for deputies to provide information to the local Council on the work done to consider proposals, appeals and complaints from citizens.

The Supreme Council adopted in the second final reading the government law-in-draft on introduction of a measure to combat malicious defaulters on utility bills. Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov commented on the adopted amendments to the law "On Enforcement Proceedings".

The PMR Supreme Council adopted in the second final reading amendments to the law "On perpetuating the memory of those killed in the defense of the Fatherland". Its goal is to change the legal status of the state information system "Book of Memory of those killed in the defense of the Fatherland".

The deputy corps will consider more than 40 legislations and resolutions at the plenary session of the PMR Supreme Council, which will be held tomorrow, December 18. The Parliamentary Presidium voted today to make additions to the agenda.

They honored in Slobodzeya district the memory of Nikolai Ostapenko, who stood at the origins of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. The event was attended by Deputy of the Supreme Council for constituency No. 21 "Slobodzeya" Pavel Shinkaruk and the Chairperson of the Council of People's Deputies of the Slobodzeya district and the city of Slobodzeya Tatyana Zalevskaya.

Russian-Moldavian comprehensive school No. 7 of Dubossary celebrated its 100th anniversary. Deputy of the Supreme Council for constituency No. 10 "Severny" Oleg Bayev congratulated the school staff on the anniversary date

Farewell ceremony was held for the deputy of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic of the II and III convocations Mikhail Katkov in Bendery, in the fortress church of the Holy Blessed Prince Alexander Nevsky on December 14. Relatives, colleagues, deputies of the Supreme Council, and comrades-in-arms came to say goodbye to the famous statesman and public figure.

The Youth Parliament Presidium under the PMR Supreme Council meeting took place at the end of last week.

The new rules came into effect at the end of November. The amendments to the law were developed by the Supreme Council deputies. Deputy Anton Onufrienko, one of the authors, spoke about how the simplified system for registering land plots will work and what tasks are currently facing government bodies in the issue of modernizing the mechanism of geodetic reference.
