Deadlines for providing information on the results of work

The Supreme Council adopted legislations establishing a deadline for deputies to provide information to the local Council on the work done to consider proposals, appeals and complaints from citizens. The authors of the initiatives were Supreme Council deputies Ruslan Gareyev and Boris German.

The deadline until February 1 was proposed based on the current practice of district city councils, it was noted at the plenary session. The law did not establish a deadline until now, but only the need for deputies to inform the Council at least once a year about the work done to consider proposals, appeals and complaints from citizens.

Changes were made to the laws "On the status of people's deputies of local Councils of people's deputies of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic" and "On local authorities, local self-government and state administration in the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic". A corresponding amendment was adopted to the Resolution of the Supreme Council “On approval of the model regulation “On the procedure for considering proposals, applications and complaints from citizens received by people’s deputies of local Councils of People’s Deputies”.
