The agenda of the plenary session of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, scheduled for December 18, plans to consider 43 issues. An additional agenda was formed today at a meeting of the parliamentary Presidium.
The Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance submits a number of legislations in the field of economic policy for consideration by the deputy corps, including the law-in-draft "On the Republican Budget for 2025", prepared for adoption in the third final reading. The law-in-draft "On the Budget of the Unified State Social Insurance Fund for 2025", which is adopted simultaneously with the main financial document of the country, will be adopted in the second final reading tomorrow. The Committee on Social Policy and Healthcare submitted to tomorrow's plenary session a draft of the new state target program "Prevention and treatment of HIV infection, viral hepatitis and sexually transmitted infections" developed by the Ministry of Healthcare. It is planned to adopt the new state target program in the first reading.
It is planned to adopt among the draft laws submitted for consideration by the Supreme Council by the Committee on Education, Public Associations and Mass Media in the final reading amendments to the laws that introduce an electronic memory book in Pridnestrovie, enshrine at the legislative level the concept of practice-oriented (dual) education in primary secondary specialized educational institutions, etc.
In the sphere of regional policy and housing and communal services, the deputies of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic will consider amendments to the laws "On local authorities, local self-government and state administration in the PMR", "On the status of people's deputies of local Councils of people's deputies of the PMR", "On enforcement proceedings", as well as amendments to the Civil Procedure Code and the Housing Code of the PMR. The legislations were considered the day before at a meeting of the Committee on Regional Policy and Housing and Public Utilities.
The next plenary session will be held on December 25, and a number of parliamentary committees will meet during the week.
