New anti-crisis law, guarantees to investors, preferential loans. About changes in legislation and the work of deputies in constituencies – in the new issue of "The Deputy Hour" program.

A project to merge two medical colleges in Tiraspol and Bendery into a single educational institution was discussed at the meeting under the PMR President today. The discussion was attended by the chairmen of the parliamentary committees on education and health, Igor Buga and Sergey Cheban.

The PMR Supreme Council deputies adopted a new law "On measures of state support for economic entities of the PMR in connection with the negative consequences of external factors" at the plenary session in the first reading today. It was developed by a group of parliamentarians based on proposals from enterprises and business representatives.

The list of preventive vaccinations will be expanded. The Supreme Council at the plenary session today voted in the second reading to include two more vaccines in the Immunization Calendar - against pneumococcal and hemophilic infections.

The PMR Supreme Council heard a report on the implementation in 2021 of the state program for the provision of preferential loans to participants in the hostilities to protect Pridnestrovie and combatants in Afghanistan, who became disabled of groups I and II. The deputies adopted in the first reading legislations expanding the categories of recipients of such loans.

The Supreme Council deputies approved the reports of the Minister of Health on the implementation in 2021 of state targeted programs for the prevention of viral hepatitis and HIV / AIDS infection.

The Supreme Council adopted the amendments to the law "On State Pension Provision of Citizens in the PMR" in the final reading. The changes make it possible to apply to the Social Insurance Fund for registration of a pension one month before reaching the age that gives the right to an old-age pension.

Amendments to the Law of the PMR "On the status of military personnel", which will allow single fathers to go on parental leave for up to three years on an equal basis with women, were considered today and adopted in the first reading by the deputies at the plenary session.

The Supreme Council deputies adopted the legislations sent by the President in the regime of legislative necessity, concerning the provision of benefits on the unified social tax to investors within the framework of the public-private partnership project in two readings.
