Deputies of the Supreme Council expanded the scope of offenses in the field of advertising. Relevant amendments and additions to the PMR Code of Administrative Offenses were adopted in the second final reading.

The Supreme Council adopted in the second final reading the law-in-draft of the Pridnestrovian Prosecutor, which toughens the responsibility for drivers driving under the influence of alcohol, who have previously been held liable for drunk driving or have a criminal record for it.

Amendments to the law on the budget for 2022 were adopted today in the second final reading. Work on the formation of the so-called financial "airbag" in case the economic situation in the republic worsens due to external circumstances continues.

The Supreme Council deputies decided to revise the boundaries of the botanical garden and transfer part of the territory to the Arboretum.

The Supreme Council deputies adopted law-in-draft of the PMR President on amendments and additions to the Code of Administrative Offenses in the final reading. The new rule introduces fines for stopping closer than 1 meter from ramps, entrances or stairs.

The state of emergency has been extended. The PMR Supreme Council deputies at the third emergency plenary session adopted a resolution approving the decree of the PMR President.

The First President of the PMR, Chairman of the Supreme Council of the PMSSR Igor Smirnov spoke about the importance of creating a legislature of Pridnestrovie today.

The PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky congratulated the Parliament Speaker Alexander Korshunov and the heads of the parliamentary committees on the 32nd anniversary of the creation of the Supreme Council.
