News of the Committees

The law-in-draft on amendments and additions to the law “On the organization of public services” was discussed by deputies of the Committee on Education, Science, Culture, Public Associations, Sports, Information and Youth Policy.

The deputies of the Committee discussed in the course of the meeting a number of legislative initiatives that will be considered by the deputy corps at the next plenary meetings.

Deputies of the Parliamentary Committee on Education, Public Associations and Mass Media supported the additions to the PMR Law “On immovable objects of cultural heritage” in the second reading. The law-in-draft will be sent for consideration at the next plenary session of Parliament.

The deputies of the Committee on Education, Public Associations and Mass Media discussed the legislations concerning the mandatory training of graduates-state employees and tax deductions for young professionals.

The Ministry of Education may have the authority to develop and approve standards for the provision of schools, kindergartens and boarding schools with household chemicals and hygiene products. The law-in-draft was discussed at a meeting of the relevant parliamentary committee.

Deputies of the Committee on Education, Science and Culture considered amendments to the law "On immovable objects of cultural heritage". The document deals with the preservation of art monuments of cultural value.

Deputies discussed amendments and additions to the laws "On Education", "On Volunteering" and "On the Education of Persons with special needs (Special Education)".

Amendments and additions to the Law of the PMR "On income tax from individuals" were considered by deputies at today's meeting of the Committee on Education, Public Associations and Mass Media. The law-in-draft is aimed at improving the mechanism for providing a tax deduction for young professionals.

Deputies of the Committee on Education, Public Associations and the Mass Media supported the law-in-draft that improves the norms for the final assessment of students with intellectual disabilities.

The Committee on Education, Public Associations and Mass Media prepared law-in-draft on introducing amendment to the law “On freedom of conscience and on religious associations” for consideration at the plenary session.
