Vice Speaker of the Parliament Galina Antyufeeva held a reception of citizens at the constituency No.25 "Zapadny". The meeting took place at the Tiraspol Agrarian and Technical College named after M.V. Frunze.

Events dedicated to the City Day began in Dubossary with the laying of flowers at the Memorial of Military Glory. The main celebrations were held in the opened after the next stage of reconstruction Energetikov park.

The remains of more than 1.5 thousand deceased people were found this summer at a powder magazine in Tiraspol, were reburied at the Memorial to the Victims of Political Repressions. About 1.5 thousand people were shot in 1937-1938. The ceremony was attended by the President Vadim Krasnoselsky, the PMR Supreme Council deputy, head of the "Heirs of the Victory" public movement Igor Buga and other representatives of authorities.

The Supreme Council Chairman Alexander Korshunov congratulated the residents of Dubossary on the day of the city.

The deputies considered amendments and additions to the PMR Law “On Accounting and Financial Reporting”. The reason for the development of the law-in-draft was the numerous appeals of Pridnestrovian entrepreneurs.

A package of legislations that involve amending two laws “On personal income tax” and “On the unified social tax and compulsory insurance contribution” was supported by deputies at once in the first reading. The new rules are designed to encourage employers to take part in concessional lending programs.

The law-in-draft that the parliamentarians considered and adopted in the first reading today is intended to protect the rights of entrepreneurs and give them the opportunity to challenge the results of various inspections.

Payments for industrial injuries at enterprises that have already been liquidated at the present time must be paid in full. Amendments to the law "On insolvency (bankruptcy)" today submitted to the Parliament in the first reading.

The next plenary sessions of the parliament will be held on October 26 and November 2. The PMR Supreme Council Presidium supplemented today the agenda of tomorrow's plenary session and determined the agenda for the next session of the PMR Supreme Council.
