Dear residents of the city of Dubossary!

I congratulate you on the Day of the City of Dubossary on behalf of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and on my own behalf!

City Day is a bright, joyful holiday that unites people of different generations. This is a wonderful day when you can remember all those who participated in the construction and defense of their native land.

Dubossary is a city famous for the courage, heroism and high patriotism of its inhabitants, with a rich history, natural resources, spiritual and moral traditions and cultural and historical values.

The main force of the progressive, dynamic development of the city is the energy of its inhabitants, their creative, professional potential and desire to achieve success.

I am sure that the city infrastructure will continue to be successfully improved in Dubossary. Transport, environmental, and large-scale social tasks will be solved, it will allow the city to make a significant contribution to the development of the entire republic.
