The legislative initiative was developed and submitted to the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic at the suggestion of the business community of the republic. It concerns the acts that entrepreneurs receive as a result of inspections. The taxpayer has the right to provide comments or disagreement with the facts set forth in the act following the results of the control within five days. However, the law does not specify whether it is about five calendar days or five working days.

The submitted law-in-draft proposes to clarify that we are talking about five working days. The parliamentarians agreed with the changes and adopted the law-in-draft in the first reading. The initiative will be considered in the second final reading at one of the next plenary sessions.
