Assistance in solving the personnel issue

The state will provide tax incentives to organizations that have committed to paying the interest rate on an employee's loan. The deputies considered the corresponding legislative initiative at the plenary session on the 26th of October.

People have been talking about the shortage of personnel in the republic for a long time. There is a number of programs of preferential mortgage lending to citizens in Pridnestrovie today. Pridnestrovians can improve their living conditions with their help, and enterprises will not lose valuable personnel. The Government's initiative proposes to provide additional tax benefits to the employing organization.

Corresponding changes are planned to be made immediately to two laws “On personal income tax” and “On the unified social tax and mandatory insurance contribution”. The deputies supported the package of legislations in the first reading. Work on the legislations will continue in the second reading, taking into consideration the comments.
