The name of one of the founders of the PMR, deputy of the Supreme Council of the PMR of the 1st-5th convocations, director of the MMZ Anatoly Belitchenko was immortalized in Rybnitsa, on the eve of Metallurgist's Day. A memorial plaque was opened on the building of school No. 10 and a bas-relief at the checkpoint of the MMZ in the city of metallurgists.

The 21st plenary meeting of the III session of the VII convocation was held on July 13. The PMR Supreme Council Chairman Alexander Korshunov summed up the preliminary results of the work of the Parliament for the first half of 2022 before concluding the session.

The parliamentarians adopted amendments to the Civil Procedure Code and the law "On the social rehabilitation of patients with chronic alcoholism, drug addiction or substance abuse" in the second final reading today. The changes relate to the regulation of the procedure for considering cases on sending citizens to medical and labor dispensaries, as well as changing the terms of stay in such institutions and early release.

The Supreme Council enshrined the concept of the maximum level of tariffs for the services of enterprises in the sphere of natural monopolies and improved the procedure for state regulation of prices for their goods and services at the level of law. The authors of the legislative initiative were a group of deputies, one of them is the Head of the Parliament Alexander Korshunov.

The Supreme Council adopted the amendments to the law "On Social Protection of People with special needs" in the final reading. They relate to the provision of social support to people with disabilities from childhood of groups I and II after reaching the age of 18.

Deputies voted at the plenary session today for the adoption of amendments to the PMR Forest Code in the first reading. We are talking about the so-called compensatory gardening, it will be necessary to plant two new seedlings instead of one felled tree.

The deputies in the second final reading supported the law-in-draft that specifies the age limit for young families receiving a state subsidy to pay a loan to purchase a home.

The concept of "information system for recording progress" will be enshrined in the Law of the PMR "On Education". The deputies supported the law-in-draft in the first reading.

The Supreme Council adopted in the second final reading the law-in-draft that reduces the number of votes of residents of apartment buildings, which is necessary for making any decision at a general meeting.
