News of the Committees

The meeting of the Commission on Foreign Policy and International Relations was held in the Supreme Council. It was dedicated to the problem of participation of Pridnestrovian vehicles in free international road traffic and the situation in the process of the Moldovan-Pridnestrovian settlement.

People will no longer need an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs when submitting an application to the court. The judicial authorities will be able to independently obtain the necessary information. The relevant legislations were considered by the deputies of the Legislation Committee.

A group of deputies of the Legislation Committee initiated amendments to the Criminal Code concerning the establishment of responsibility for desecrating symbols of military glory, publicly insulting the memory of defenders of the Fatherland and humiliating the honor and dignity of World War II veterans.

The Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance considered a package of legislations related to state support for investment activities in the second reading.

The Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance considered the law-in-draft with amendments to the law “On additional measures aimed at stabilizing the PMR economy” in the second reading.

Deputies of the Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex considered the law-in-draft with amendments to the law “On payments for environmental pollution and the use of natural resources” in the second reading.

The Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex, Industry, Housing and Utilities, Transport, Construction and Natural Resources considered amendments to the law “On payment for land”.

The Agro-Industrial Complex Committee considered the law-in-draft with amendments to the law “On drinking water supply in the PMR” in the second reading.

The Committee on Legislation considered the legislations of the President and the deputies of the Supreme Council.

The Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance considered the law-in-draft with amendments to some legislative acts of the PMR in the second reading.
